Disclosure deadlines: directory

This directory lists disclosure deadlines for listed companies, with the rule, the event that starts the clock and the time limit. Some rules count days, such as the four business days for a US Form 8-K 1 or 10 days for a Canadian material change report 5. Others use a standard, such as as soon as possible under EU MAR 3 or immediately under ASX Listing Rule 3.1 6. Each cell comes from the rule text or official guidance.
